    Focusing on the six goals below, we promote responsible business practices through our daily operations. under "Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth", we create stable local employment opportunities by hiring young and inexperienced workers, supporting professional certification programs, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
    We also actively recruit and develop talented individuals regardless of nationality and support diverse working styles through the employment of international personnel.

    Sustainable Development Goals

    The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are international goals adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015, aimed at achieving a sustainable society by 2030.based on the principle of "Leave No One Behind", the SDGs consist of 17 goals and 169 targets addressing issues such as poverty, health and well-being, education, decent work, and climate action.the SDGs are universal goals applicable not only to developing countries but also to developed nations, and Japan is actively engaged in these initiatives.

  • Our Key Initiatives

    Among the SDGs, Tousei is actively working toward the following goals through its business operations.

    • We operate advanced in-house processing systems including shredding, magnetic separation, density sorting, electrostatic sorting, X-ray sorting, color sorting, and pelletizing technologies, enabling highly precise recycling of composite materials.

    • We collect and sort used resources and supply them domestically and internationally as valuable recycled raw materials, contributing to the realization of a sustainable circular economy.

    • By improving transportation efficiency through integrated processing systems and promoting recycling over incineration and landfill disposal, we are actively reducing CO₂ emissions.
      In addition, we monitor and manage energy consumption at our facilities to visualize greenhouse gas emissions and improve the accuracy of energy-saving measures.

    • Through plastic washing, sorting, and repelletizing processes, we help prevent plastic leakage into the oceans and contribute to addressing the microplastics issue.

    • By reducing landfill disposal, we help prevent negative impacts on soil and groundwater while minimizing environmental and ecological burdens.
