  • Shredding & Sorting Line

    01. Shredding & Sorting Line

Composite materials are first processed through industrial shredders, where valuable recyclable materials are finely shredded and dismantled.
Ferrous materials are then extracted using magnetic separators, and particle sizes are adjusted through a trommel screening system before being conveyed to the next processing stage.

  • Eddy Current & X-Ray Sorter

    02. Eddy Current & X-Ray Sorter

    ・Eddy Current Separator

This system recovers conductive non-ferrous metals such as aluminum.
Non-ferrous materials that cannot be removed through magnetic separation are further sorted here and transferred to the X-ray sorting stage in a higher-purity condition.

・X-Ray Sorter (Scheduled for Full Operation in April 2025)

Using X-ray technology, the system identifies differences in material density and atomic composition to efficiently recover high-purity aluminum.
It also enables precise separation of mixed metals containing stainless steel, zinc, and other materials, further improving the quality of recycled resources.
After sorting, materials other than aluminum are transferred to the plastic sorting process for further advanced recycling treatment.

  • Saltwater Separation

    03. Saltwater Separation

Plastic materials are processed through saltwater adjusted to multiple concentration levels, allowing precise separation based on subtle differences in specific gravity.
Different materials float or sink at different depths and concentration layers, enabling highly accurate material separation.
The system also integrates washing and drying processes to remove dirt and contaminants while maintaining stable material quality for the next stage.

  • Electrostatic Separator

    04. Electrostatic Separator

Utilizes differences in the electrostatic properties (dielectric characteristics) of plastics to achieve highly accurate sorting by material type.
The sorting accuracy reaches approximately 98%.Unidentified materials are automatically recirculated and reprocessed.

  • Color Sorter

    05. Color Sorter

Recycled flakes are analyzed using cameras and optical sensors, then classified into three colors: white, gray, and black.
This contributes to product consistency and stable quality in the final recycled materials.

  • Pelletizing Line

    06. Pelletizing Line

Color-sorted recycled flakes are melted and processed into recycled plastic pellets according to their intended applications.
White flakes are converted into white pellets, while mixed-color materials are processed into black pellets and shipped domestically and internationally as high-quality recycled raw materials.
